Canada Free Games is a free social gaming hub. We do not ask you to create an account. We do not collect names, addresses, payment details, or government identifiers, because there is nothing on this site that requires them.
We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your age confirmation and your storage choice. That information stays on your device.

When you write to one of our email addresses, we receive your message and your email address. We use that information only to reply to you.

We use ordinary browser storage. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If we ever introduce optional analytics, we will update this page and the Cookie & storage policy first, and we will respect your storage choice.
You can clear browser storage for this site any time through your browser’s settings.
Browser storage lives on your device until you remove it.
Email correspondence is kept only as long as it is reasonably useful to support you. We periodically clean out older support threads.
Server logs are retained for short, security-related windows and then rotated out.
Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a correction if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it where appropriate.
To make a request, please write to legal@canadafreegames.com. We may ask for enough detail to make sure we are responding to the right person, especially for older email threads.
Canada Free Games is for adult players. The age gate is meant to keep the site out of reach for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority.
